I had a child 7 years ago and have severe stretch marks on my stomach(they are like white marks), is there any treatment that would reduce these. Im not over weight but do have a little pouch. Is a tummy tuck a good idea, if so how much would it run?

I was in at a concert about three weeks ago and got elbowed in the face. I ended up with a laceration below my left eye. I went to a plastic surgeon and he told me to wait at least three months and see him again and that we’d go from their. When I asked what procedure he would use he said he would have to probobly cut and re stitch it. Its not that bad though. I figured they would just sand it off. I’ve also read and been told to wait at least a year before having anything done. Could I get some feed back please.

At this time the only proven treatment for stetch marks is to cut them out. A full or mini tummy tuck may provide your best results. If you are interested in a consultation please contact our office.

We have our patients wait a year for any scar to fully mature before suggesting any treatment, especially re-incision. You may want to try over the counter scar products in the meantime. New scars are very likely to hyper pigment when exposed to sun in the first year so be sure to wear a high spf sun screen.

I have lost 122 lbs. I feel my breasts are a “140 long”. My back hurts and even with a bra on - i hang on my stomach which is very uncomfortable.

This is a issue for most women who have lost a significant amount of weight, especially as much as you have. Our breast augmentation price starts at 5400 for Saline and 6400 for silicone. There is a difference between the two types of implants, mainly the way they feel. Silicone is going to be a more natural look and feel. For more information please call the office.

Since having my son 3 years ago, I have what I call a pouch. I am not overweight, but I just have loose skin. My belly button also pokes out quite a bit now. My lower abdomin is still very flat. I’m looking to have a keloid removed from my ear due to a piercing. I’m from Puerto Rico and recently moved here to Fresno. My dermatologist told me I had to go to a plastic surgeon for this. What I would like to know is if do you offer this procedure at your facility, if I have to go first to a dermatologist here or can I go directly to Dr. Stefanacci and how much would the procedure cost. I know that after that operation, I would still have to go to a dermatologist so that they can inject corticosteroid so that the keloid does not come back. I would like to know this information to see if I should make an appointment or not. Thank you!

Ive worked hard this year to save up towards breast augmentation (after losing weight from weight lifting), however I do not wish to spend all my money right off the bat, since there are many things Im trying to save for….Realllly nervous about it!!!!! Especially with the economy being flip floppy in the ruts.
My question is, is there any sort of monthly plan I could do??
I have health insurance, not the best of the best but its pretty well known.

Hello.
I had surgery back in 2006 to remove a cyst. As a result I have a vertical incision mark that is about 3 inches long. It is a kiliod and I was told by my dermatologist that only a plastic surgeon could remedy this. Do you do such things? If so, how much does this cost? I was told that since this was a result of an operation and it does irriate me, that my insurance would cover a lot of it. Please advise.
